For occasional audio and podcast work, one-time credits let you pay only when needed. A subscription is better for regular processing and includes a lower cost per credit.
I bought subscription and one-time credits. Which are used first?
Subscription credits are used first. One-time credits remain available until their two-year expiry, even if the subscription ends.
How do you bill credits?
Each tool shows its credit rate. For duration-based processing, the minimum billed duration is one minute and partial minutes are rounded up.
Can I use credits across different tools?
Yes. Your Voice Enhancer credits work across the available tools in your VE account.
Are credits charged if uploading fails?
No. Credits are charged only when you start a processing task.
What happens to unused subscription credits each month?
Unused subscription credits roll over, up to three times the monthly plan limit.
Do one-time credits expire?
Yes. One-time credits expire two years after purchase.
